Sedona Wetlands/Page Springs with Kathe Anderson
We’ll start about 4:45am from Scottsdale, and head directly to Sedona Wetlands, which should yield some waterfowl and perhaps early returning shorebirds, as well as the birds of the marshes – Common Yellowthroats, Song Sparrows and others. Then we’ll head over to the shady areas of Page Springs to hope for Summer Tanagers, flycatchers and other mid-elevation songbirds. We’ll wrap up with a picnic there.
Difficulty: 2. No fees. No scope necessary.
Limit 5 participants.
Let’s meet at 4:45am, likely in Scottsdale – wrap up there about 1:30pm Final logistics to be decided a few days before the trip.
